Learn to transfer handwritten recipes onto pottery!

$15 fee per participant reserves your seats in the class and takes care of your supplies, paints, instruction, clear glazing, and firing/finishing of your pieces. Then, you'll choose and pay for your favorite pottery option at the event!

Email handwritten recipes no later than 12/5; the bolder the handwriting the easier it will be for you to transfer!

This workshop focuses on utilizing special transfer paper to create a stencil to trace/paint.

ARRIVAL: You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event to settle in.

PLEASE NOTE:

-These platters are a labor of love that involves going over handwriting with a paintbrush, we encourage you to choose your recipe accordingly.

-Email recipes to Create@thepotteryplacechattanooga.com no later than 12/5; we do no have an onsite printer so sending in or dropping off recipes in advance is key.

-This event is intended for artists of all ages, but due to length and complexity, we recommend events for participants aged 7 & up.

-Due to space limitations, we are unable to permit spectators in our events at this time.

-Our paints are non-toxic and will wash off of clothes, hair, and skin - BYO Apron if you desire!

-Bring your own drinks & snacks are welcome

Cancellation Policy: Your event and class fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternate guest at your request.
